How do you change career after 10 years in the same field?

I am wanting to switch careers after working in IT Development the last 10 years. I am burned out and need change. I would like to get into a less hands on technical role and get into Management. I have an undergraduate degree in Information Systems and have pondered going back for my MBA. However, there are no guarantees this would help me find a better job. I don’t mind staying within the Technology sector, but I just don’t want to do development work anymore. Your comments are appreciated.

Neem enkel een sprong. Probeer gaand uw Meesters tijdens de avond krijgen. Meer onderwijs kwetst nooit. Uw ervaring zelf zal u geen kwestie helpen wat u aan beslist. Vertrouw op uw instinct en volg door

Verstehe ich, wohin Sie von kommen. Ich habe einen Nichtgraduierten BIN innen, aber ich mag wirklich Erklären und Management. Gibt es irgendeine Weise, die Sie auf eine andere Abteilung in der Firma bringen konnten? Auch gibt es eine Möglichkeit, zum einer managemnt Förderung in Ihrer eigenen Abteilung zu erhalten? De geluiden als u werken voor een groot Bedrijf met veel Politiek en het Achter Neersteken.
Als u couldn' t krijgt in Beheer in Tien Jaar – er zijn krachten werkend tegen u.
Ik word teruggetrokken met Laptop en ik heb een Adviseur van de Computer die $70.00 per uur plus een last aanrekent van de Reis als hij bezoekt. Hij houdt de hele tijd bezig. Als u iets in die aard deed – u zou uw eigen werkgever zijn.
